Hi, I’m Nifty Jain.
At 18, my life looks a little different than most. I am an unschooler, a traveler, and a seeker of deep, honest connections. Having spent my years exploring the diverse landscapes of India and the even more complex landscapes of alternative education, I’ve come to a singular realization: Most life conflicts stem from a simple lack of emotional communication.
We were taught how to solve for x and how to memorize dates in history, but we were rarely taught how to recognize, address, and express what we are actually feeling. This gap between "feeling" and "expressing" is where misunderstandings live, where "Mom guilt" festers, and where families begin to drift apart.

That is why I founded ANTRANG (Atomic Motherhood).
What is Atomic Motherhood?
Atomic Motherhood is more than just a coaching program; it’s a movement toward intentional, emotionally resilient families. The word "Atomic" signifies two things: the small, daily habits that create massive change, and the "unit" of the family—the nucleus of our society.
Our Core Philosophy
I believe that a mother is the primary emotional architect of the home. However, in the beautiful chaos of raising a family, many mothers lose their own identity.

 My mission is two-fold:
Help mothers reconnect with themselves: You cannot pour from an empty cup. A fulfilled, self-aware mother is the greatest gift a child can have.

Bridge the Communication Gap: By teaching mothers and teens to navigate conflict with empathy, we shape a future generation that is emotionally healthy and resilient.

My work is rooted in deep listening and evidence-based practice:
The Voice of Mothers: I personally interviewed 80–100 mothers to understand their deepest struggles before building my models.

Professional Depth: I engage in regular dialogues with 10–15 psychology professionals and alternative learning founders to ensure my methods are robust.

Proven Results: Over the last five months, I have coached 30–40 mothers and a growing number of fathers, while managing a thriving community of 90+ people dedicated to conscious parenting.

As someone who is 18, I occupy a unique bridge between the world of parents and the world of teens. I offer confidential sessions for those aged 14–20 to discuss everything from digital overload and exam stress to family drama.

My passion for intentional living doesn't stop at family dynamics. Alongside my cousin Arham Jain, I co-founded Breathe Better India.
